I had a basket full of left over yarn and found this turtle pattern which worked great for using up small pieces. I did go a little crazy, but the grandkids love them.

I had so many of these turtles that I gave a large box of them to a local church for the Operation Shoebox Christmas Program which they were delighted to accept.
